Swayed in the way of paper making

This morning after a nice walk the urge to make some collage papers for God knows what came over me.  I had the brown paper painted white just siting there.  Staying with the lighter shades of white gray black some green and a bit of buff.  Some stencils, line printing plate, feather tool and the sponge roller.  

Then I thought of the color of the bison and could help myself but make a nice deep dark brown with the rust color on top.  I may or may not doing anything with the papers.  I'm still working with the Living Contrast series so this might go with that.  My mind was on winter and my heart was with the bison.
