Lunch today Pineapple Salsa, and Salmon Salad on Spinach, and now to make my veggie soup and some banana bread for the family...got a few ripe ones taking up space in the freezer and everyone asks what is going on...the men folk got called out to plow...The Cell phone rang and off the went.. no one is home and I'm in the kitchen cooking and chopping...Need a day like this.
