Change and Creativity

Signs of Change, 8 x 8 Collage on watercolor paper.

Re-reading Finding Water....I set it down a while back to read Let Them and  Crones Don't Whine.  This  Artist Way book has to do with preservation.  Staying in for the long haul is my first thoughts on this.

Then I read The Feisty Crone on Substack...which I do enjoy and I Share the one that recently came

The Healing Power of Art

And now this one...from the beginning of the year, The Antidote to Weary Heart.

I do enjoy her blog...

  1. This was such a refreshing and heartfelt read! I really appreciate the way you connected change with the creative process—it’s something we often resist, but your reflections remind us how essential it is for growth, both personally and artistically. The honesty in your journey, especially how you navigate transitions with openness and curiosity, is truly inspiring. It's a beautiful reminder that creativity often blooms in the most unexpected moments when we let go of control and embrace what's next.
