Be true to our own forest
What is your personal “minimum daily requirement” for being authentic about your spiritual work?
This morning I struggled to be in a place of authenticity and connected to my Greater Spirit. I rush of heaviness has landed upon. A day to recoil in an re-energize myself. A minimum daily requirement is to have a good nights sleep, (that didn't happen) and to spill my crabby butt out on the page...(that did happen) and to do a bit if inspirational spirited reading and what came out of that was the word, "Trust."
What do you sincerely require of yourself?
I set myself up for the day with a list to tackle. All accomplishable. I do require that I stick to my list and do the jobs. Manage and keep the house/art business going. I also require myself to work through the feelings and come to some grounding and acceptance. Most days I do.
To what are you actually committing yourself when you are “walking the walk”: of transformation and liberation?
As I age I'm seeing things with clarity more so then ever before but there are areas that I still need to transition through and find my peace and freedom with. To be authentic is to listen to the spirit that lives within me every day and stay true to the nudges and allow stuff to slip off and away. I admire that in those I come in contact with and cross paths. This extra moment of tapping at the keys is allow me to recognize it and let the heavy leave.
