Many Thanks Card-Gratitude is the most powerful emotion we know. Filled with positivity. this particular feeling immediately lights a smile on your face, making you feel more connected and complete.

Gratitude stands for

Happiness

Simplicity

Understanding

Love

When we resist those things and put the emphasis on what is not there it can cause a state of shortage further activating a negative spiral of creation.

The statement of state of shortage is where I was caught and come to an understanding or a aha moment.

A proactive stimulation of gratitude has a multiplying effect: it makes you see more and more things to be grateful for. Through a practice, you will accelerate gratitude and receive a flow of abundance in return.

Writing a gratitude list is a good start, my time of gratitude is at the end of the day when my head hits the pillow with my left arm under stretched out and my pillow on top laying on my belly. I say thank you for this Day Greater Spirit. And in the Morning, I ask for guidance on the day ahead.

The truth is staying aware of gratitude in the moment is a practice and when you stay on this practice the day is really abundant.  The attitude it takes to have gratitude is not that hard, it takes thought muscles to shift our perspective. It becomes the after thought...Why not make it the first thought and stay in the present moment.  Time to make it the well worn path as the negative has been for way to long.

I sit now and can honestly share that I'm grateful for the snow.  Our are does depend on the amount of snow to replenish the water needed for the coming season. And I'm grateful also to really get the effect of what each seasons effect upon me brings.  We open discussion with stranger and others with talk about the weather all the time and complain...each path right then you get the others to chime in and there you go sliding down a negative slop. Just a simple one.   I liked how the snow so white lite up the night and early morning sky...be it the reflectiveness of white it was amazing to see it during our dark season here. I'm grateful for the experience of witnessing it.

In many years past Winter was consider the time of leanness and where things were thinned out of life. Not sure if that is the correct way to describe it but it's what popped up. Nature has this happen to her and her creature along with us humans.

Well that's Rap of Rambles...after morning pages, spiritual mediation and some grateful understanding I'm really ready for the day.
