Well took a bit more time to slowly start the day, morning pages,  yoga and some arm exercise along with some squats, Walked two miles with Gracie and now I'm hungry.  Having an half a stuff Acorn Squash and cooked up some of the Wine Cap mushroom that are now blooming in the back yard. 


I believe these are from the spring spreading of the grain with mycelium and not the fresh spreading did just a few weeks ago.  There some sturdy and plump mushrooms.  Got me a recipe for wine cap soup You need two pounds of the mushroom for one batch...going to wait a few days and see.  But will gather up the ingrediencies. 
Good start to my morning.
