Last night I woke in the middle of the night with the worlds, "Be like a river and flow." I'm a bit shocked by this awakened moment. Part of entering into this new year has been about Wisdom, self-care and the world flow. I didn't know what word to pick but wisdom won out in the end. All I say and am nudge to do is listen to these wild ass intuitive ways...
