So very imperfect it's just perfect...and experience you have to allow yourself to do. No well thought out just look at the elements, marks and shapes for what they are.
I layered papers for the cover and hand sewed them...then I gather papers that where about the same size and did a pamphlet stitch... slow going with the free creating inside but I'm enjoying my time with it.
