Centering in the Studio

Make a long roll of paper in black paint and use all things that have a center, circle or you create a circle motion with it.  

 And then I ended up with some books....I love the papers...I will have to do this again and then just cut section and coat the papers and see what happens...the combination of circle shape.  Great Journal starts. 

I have not had any music on or other sounds just the house sounds...and got lost in the moment, some three hours later.
