Just a few more....buildings

Interesting how the glass was used to reflect the river....it's said the river is about 25 ft deep and the bottom is sandy and has a layer of algae growing which gives it the natural green color but the do put in a natural green color for Saint Patrick's day.

All the balconies come out of this building was to look like where the old building was that now I forgot the name of but you go right through it on one of the many express ways in to the city and what that looks like as the cars and trucks come out is the dot and dash look of the balconies of this building.
this is created in a S shape...hard to see it here but there is a small boat dock underneath it too.
the statue on the one building is to bring good luck...blah..blah..blah...I was just soaking it all in and my brain lost track of it all... don't mean to be disrespectful...but can't remember, I probably shouldn't have put the picture up but did.
the little tug boat...there working on some bridges and they have barrages all over the place to work off of so this little guy pushes them around.
 Have Heart....

I like the shape of this on at the top.

Well all in all it was a great Sunday morning and we were back home by 1:00pm with lunch on the way back too at Bakers Square...had some Peach pie...

Now all to teach class this morning.

  1. Oh Laura! You got to go! And yes, what a beautiful day you had. The sky and clouds are beautiful and yes, love the reflections in the buildings. And you had the "grand tour"! Those architectural tours are supposed to be grand. So glad! Funny, that's what I was thinking when we were out there, about "abstract landscapes"...No wonder who my teacher wsa.
