Joined a Drumming Circle

 

Saturday afternoon, I took myself to a drumming circle in Wheaton. I've not done this in a very long time with a group of people. Oh by myself off the back deck. All I can say is, you miss out on the power of a group and the energy from the spirit of drumming together.  Wonderful group of people all ages and all races. Such a grounding center for sure. 

And something else happen, as all our children are adults and living outside the home now and have a few grandchildren too, though we don't see each other as much as we would like. A few are missing home even after living outside the home for many years.  

So we did the Family Connection thing and got on Zoom. 

I have to share that I felt so good afterwards and grateful and again grounded along with center.
