Grandson's Drum

 It's been a while since I posted anything on my blog....been busy.  With November's birthday and Dylan born on October 31st...I'm finally now catching up on some things.  I just wanted to share the drum I made from a kit.  I had to soak the deer skin in cold water over night and prepare with good energy as I was stretching the hide over the drum frame and than it has to dry.  I have leather paints to use on the drums. Kind of like a gouache paint.  The winds were blowing all directions and the leaves were dancing with the little Scorpion being born.  I made a drum for Freyja with the dates that she was born too plus the time...things we forget about when we are older.
