Since I got back from a workshop there has been little time. Yard, getting my Baba on and tending to Elder care. I unpacked all supplies and I have open space to bring out the art journals and sketchbooks. I decide to shoot a video of one the collage mediations I made...trusting in the showing up for myself and letting what wants to be seen, speak.
