August 5th

Today is our son in law to be's birthday and where they live there are sand hill cranes walking around.  They come out of the fields and up close to the house.  I've always looked at them as a very spiritual creature, their sense of cycles and the migration their life goes through... Wow right, but their bodies were built for that.  So this is a little ditty that will go into my little box of mixed media collage pieces. 

Took some extra time this morning, rain is coming and decided to hang out in the studio...much need for this spirited creative soul.  Replenish and fills the well being inside.
