Canned Pickles today

Pickle ends....need to cut them off before they get cut into Quarters. 

Large Rubbermaid bin with pickles wash and read. 

For this family recipe there was a 4 hour warm bath. 

My mother in law as very low vision but she was happy to help and even cut some up.  Her memory started coming back as we started process through it was good to hear. 

Heard good secrets about canning that I wouldn't out of a book.  

 

Used my new Pressure canner and a big black canner. Experiment with the tools.
