Continuing to show up, South Direction, Wolf Spirit

Continuing the trust walk and following our inner compass.

Moving in the Direction of Integration requires conscious choice. When we are on the path of integration, we say to ourselves, “I want to show up in my life more fully. I want to let go of my old stories and habits. I am willing to be with the truth of whatever I learn about myself. No matter what I feel, and no matter what I find, I want to be free and really alive.”

Working with the South, and our own inner compass, nature continues to help us. Let’s look at what the Wolf brings to our awareness.

It is time to pay attention to what your intuition is telling you. The wolf is a powerful and inspiring spirit animal that can bring both positive and negative symbolism into our lives.

Intuition is a deep feeling of knowing, a sense of certainty that doesn't require anyone else's approval.

Have you had moments like this? If not how could you start bringing this intuitive awareness in to focus?

For what reason we might not have allowed all feelings to be present in our lives. Picking only the ones we want and denying the rest. To become whole and truly understand our humanness we will need to be aware of all of us and where these feelings and emotions come from.  Inner compass works is not always easy, but well worth going throw. And we need to remember that we are in constant change and movement like planet earth. We may not make many changes right way with ourselves that we would like but if we work with the self-actualization there will be change in a wonderful flow.

Please know the meaning of the wolf spirit animal will depend on your personal experiences and how you relate to the wolf’s characteristics.

Let’s take a look at the positive aspect of the Wolf Spirit Animal and how it might relate to you in your life.

We continue the trust walk around the medicine wheel….

Dealing with our youth at an adult or elder age will have us looking back to move forward. We may have moments of great loss in trust and on the other side of it we are in tune with our instincts.  Can we have this flip flop of feelings?  Sure, we can though it’s time to deal with important matters, Our self and our lives now.

As you move through your day become physically aware of your instinctual balance, raw emotions.  See how some daily experiences toy with your instinct. A sense of something being taking way or something that emphasizes a deep connection.

A power animal symbolic of freedom

Along with the Summers abundance the freedom and sense of living life can be very powerful. The Wolf might be asking you to call in life and live more freely and passionately in your everyday. We can be reminded of our youth and the freedom we experience.

You might ask the question, what supports my authentic self and helps bring a truer expression of ourselves in this present moment? What sense of life needs to continue to be awakened?

Can you awaken your senses with new tastes, sounds, smells, touches, and sights? Let this be a great starting point to be intuitive with your choices.

Determination and resilience

All living things are in constant change within their circumstance, and we forget we are part of that. And our lives are also in change, and we have challenges and obstacles to adapt to. Preservation and resilience are reflected in the symbolism of the Wolf spirit and if you are working with the Coyote. The encouragement to keep going and never give up is found to be a great strength.

When we were younger, we might not have had the encouragement to keep going and choose a different path.  This doesn’t mean we are able to begin here and now to have resilience and preservation.

community and connection

So much can be learned from nature and the wolves are great at community and connection. Strong social bonds, communication, and cooperation to survive. Who would guess this a wisdom in action. No one is asking anyone to go out and be social butterflies when their intuitive nature is shying away from it, or communication is not possible with some loved ones thought we can be aware of how we are behaving for our own good.  The Spirit of the Wolf can help here.

In many cultures, the wolf represents family and loyalty. The wolf’s strong sense of community and connection can serve as a reminder to cultivate and nurture our own relationships and to be there for those we care about. It reminds us that we are never alone even in our darkest moments of solitude.

A guide to embracing our instincts.

Time to tap into your inner wisdom. As a spirit animal, the wolf encourages you to listen to your gut, to pay attention to your inner voice, and to follow your passions and wildest dreams with confidence and purpose.

Time to break free from limitations and embrace our unique path. Let the wolf’s spirit inspire you to be true to yourself and follow your heart to live your life to the fullest.

Disclaimer:

I am of strong East European descent with a connection to the earth and nature. The spiritual work of our inner being is one of the individual persons.  A lifetime of seeking to continue to connect to what is true has led myself on a learning path in great respect for all. There is no claim of being a decent from a Native American tribe. The natural ways of the Medicine Wheel are gentle and all-encompassing for growth of our spiritual self.  I share this because I'm only sharing gifts pass through me from working through my own life's experience and listening and learning from all those that gather in the circle. A student of life is a great grounded place to be as our teacher are everywhere.  Any trail that leads you to look within is always going to lead you through a journey of self-discovery on so many levels.  No one says it going to be easy or without pain, but the reality is we become who we are meant to be as we heal our own wounds for service of others in our life.   Keep showing up, you are worth it!
