Renew, Rebirth, Begin Again, Inner Compass and East Direction
They say greet the Morning, as the light begins to
shine across the horizon of a new day. The place to believe in the unseen with
faith not fear. Continuing the Trust Walk as we move through our lives. Here is
where courage is born, and truthfulness begins. The east will test us with many
lessons, and we will learn the warmth of spirit, purity, trust, hope and the
acceptance of others.
The east is a place of beginning, a place we must
return to many times though out life’s journey. Each time we are beginning
again new things are there for us to learn and a new level of understanding. A direction
of illumination.
A place that new light enters, and new guidance and
leadership share its gifts of clear speech to help others. We forget that being
human is of serves too to others. Indirectly
we tend to ourselves and we then show up for other with an open heart. This
direction of the East allows us to see clearly through complex situations and
over a long time. We continue to keep growing.
All journeys begin in the East. A new path we begin,
our whole attention is occupied. Our sight is focused on the next steps. The
most important gift from the east is to focus on the present moment. We are
completely absorbed by what we are doing. Like a small child we are totally aware
of the butterfly and the plants and ground our focus is in the now.
Though the Eagle is the medicine animal of the East,
the small mouse is the one that is symbolized for they do with all their tiny
being. Many of us are not able to do this.
Focus on the present moment, instead we are always looking for the future
or to the past or the inside and outside but seldom the activity of the present
moment.
This is the point when we begin again with all our senses,
sight, touch, hearing, taste, and smell.
Time passes and we forget to be still and reconnect to the small signs
all around us teaching us to be present. We are needing to require alertness of
all sense.
The light, love and life become present, opportunities
for fresh starts and new intentions.
We become introduced to an inner power, not a
personal one. When we become confused spiritually we can experience these uptight
feelings. Caught in a moment of emotional spinning. Slowing down taking a
mental pause, begin again, be still,
breath and use your sense to bring yourself to the present moment. Small
practice but a proven one to restore a bit of balance to aid in bringing the
present moment clearly into focus.
Check
in,
Stop doing, be still.
Breath
Check in on your Five
senses.
Seek the small signs.
Allow a process to
form, like the sun rising every morning.
To
learn how to live is a lifelong process, sometimes we are not taught by our
elders in good ways and we wander and become sidetracked. Keeping it simple
and living within harmony can mean a good life and a happy life. To improve our
connections in all relationships can find us asking, wondering, and wishing for
something more spiritual. The question
might be as simple as, how do I live my life? And the answer might be as simple
as becoming still once more and beginning again. This life stuff is never a quick fix, it were we would never have the chance to learn the good lessons that make us wise elders.
Growing
and Healing, a good change though learning new lessons is all part of that.
Is all this information from a book or magazine? If it is , what is the title? I would like to read it. Thanks.
