A Book, Art and a walk

Today begins the first of many lesson, book discussion, a walk and nature. All my favorite things to do.  And as I journey on it seems to be many other human beings that enjoy this too. This Book Tree Spirited Woman is a gem of inspiration, self-actualizing, deep understanding with a fondness of nature and spirit. I get all excited about beginning this course. 

I would like to give the opinion to glue or stitch pages togethers so we will starting that today. 

Some supplies but anyone that has done a little of art journaling knows everything fair game to use in  art journaling.   I will be sparking some inspirations with techniques and with the words from the book that we will read together I'm sure ideas will swirl their magic in the rest of us.
