Water Break

It's that time of year when some of travel to drop off artwork or just need to take a break.  Two birds with one stone here. We traveled up to Door County to drop off artwork at Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor.  We had to stop a few time with Gracie, first time traveling long distance.  When we stopped it was in Manitowoc and I got out and walked down the ways and then Randy got out and then a Camera guy from Channel 11 up there in Green Bay stopped to talk with Randy about the Waves on Lake Michigan...So My husband got interviewed.  He wanted to talk to me but Gracie wouldn't let him come close, she's fearful of people she doesn't know.  The winds and waves were pretty strong it was still so beautiful to see the color of the lake.

In Algoma, we got out and walked the beach a bit, still so windy but people were making Tipi from the long tree branches that were washed up on the shore there.  And the rocks so round and smooth.  I could spent more time there but too fierce of weather.

My heart was warmed by seeing this all along the beach, So cool, I've not see the beach so full of the trees so white and all the bark off them like this.  It was special to see.  And very creative to have a whole run of them. had to be at least ten of them and pretty talk and big too.

Simple lines horizontally and the color range gets me ever time.

Woodwalk Gallery, mission is now done and artwork is picked up and dropped off for the new season. We had planned on doing two days worth up there but darn a bunch of homebody's we are decided to head home in one day.

Our Gal, Gracie all content sitting between us and watch out the front window...she's a big travel now.

And just found this, Chanel 11 News in Green Bay Strong Winds   The Husband got Interviewed.
