Sirius, Dog Star
Bright start in the south this morning of the Super New Moon.
Spending a bit more time this morning on the South direction with the Wolf as a teacher and pathfinder. She is one that returns to the clan to teach and share medicine.

Loyal, enormous sense of family with in the pack as well as a strong individualistic urge. Being part of society and yet still embody our individual dreams and ideas. The senses of the Wolf are very keen, and the moon is it's power ally. The moon holds energy of the unconscious the secrets of knowledge and wisdom. The medicine of the Wolf spirit, empowers the teacher within us all to come forth and aid the children of the Earth in understanding the Great Mystery of Life.
Working with the South Medicine, I'm brought back to when I was younger and how I intuitively trusted my instincts. I can remember a few moments clearly. This intuitive side is a good teaching now in my personal life. I'm not sure how to describe it but not forcing things and allow them to flow or process has allowed me grace to tune into the inner voice. Gut Feelings.
Sharing a story is a good way to come alive with one's self especially when it's to help others better understand their uniqueness or path in Life. The sharing of great truths that the consciousness of humanity will attain new heights. Wolf could also be telling you to seek out lonely places that will allow you to see your teacher within.
The message in my vision board that has been the most help this year was..."Everything you need is already within you." Seeking to understand a deep truth in myself which is a magical acceptance that has been made present to me this year.
So in the aloneness of a power place, devoid of other humans, you may find the true you. Look for teachings no matter where you are. This is so wild...it's like a radio station I tune into the teachings are every where...Oh one can go over board as probably as if you who are reading this may think I am. But what if I told you it's been a natural thing in me all my life. Not magic but kind of more like a connection with out question.
I have for a very long time want to use the knowledge of the Medicine Wheel. This year has been the moment in my life. So very grateful.
What is ask of me is to expand my limited view of a present situation...this may involved looking at with a great deal of courage and a willingness to look at new ideas....what comes to mind now is the empty nest I live with my Husband...we are allowing this to unfold and we seem to be revisiting out ideas for home we wanted to renovate for a long time.
I'm also invited to let go of old ideas so new one can expand the willing to learn. The gift of wisdom comes to you when you have walked enough pathways and found enough dead ends to truly know the forest. Wow....I look at this as the work with past family stuff I've been carrying and feeling like hitting walls at and reliving things major resentments is what is best said. Are turned to a very deep love. Crazy...not it's called healing. Nothing ever stays the same.
One of the things long ago that I wanted for myself was never to go stale as to not go old and be stagnant. Stop learning and growing. Kind of a fear. The Wolf medicine urges me to seek the teachers and pathfinders that will show me the way to new life experiences. I would have to say that in small ways I connected up with people like this most of my life. Right now I've meet a person online from the United Kingdom and she just turned 85 years old and she's like a new silent mentor. She the one how knows and is walking before on the path.
Our, mine, or your pathfinders may be the small still voice inside of us as well as person, a leaf, a cloud, a stone, a tree, a book, or the Greater Spirit.
To live is to grow and growing comes through accepting all life forms as your teachers. Become Wolf, and take up the sense of adventure. You may just stop howling and become the moon...
The rambles of words are mentored through the book Animal, Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams and Carson...with my own experiences of work the Medicine Wheel through the therapy of morning pages, working with an elder and some spiritual inspiration from my Greater Spirit.
Nothing great than allowing yourself to go in deeper to the shadow areas of your life, scary sure but when you bring in the light of life...Wow great things happen.
