Seamstress not...but pretending
Discussed this with my oldest daughter about how long to make it...I call them my "Long Walking Tales." What is hanging is the substrate for the rest of the details that will share the tale of the walk. A day playing in the studio... I have a sewing machine but I'm not a seamstress..though I love the loose threads and the repeated patterns of them. I add the hand made stitches in...but out the threads,
Curious about where this is going, I like it.
ReplyDeleteI like it too Helen and I'm not sure, using all the papers and not glue so far...just sewing it together and thinking about the walks in the woods. And what I see now.
