Meaning of the Artwork
I've been spending more and more time in the woods even though it has been hot the last few weeks.  It is summer if we haven't forgotten on the calendar.  Walking in the woods on a nice path has always been a source of personal meditation.  The body is present, the arms are swinging and the feet are carrying me forward.  A natural rhythm starts, allowing the thoughts to flow out. Left with an over all good feeling new ideas enter back in.

  1. You are so clever with your huge supply of papers and 'bits' Laura. Love this green one.

  2. thanks Jo...the green seems to be a color that wants to be heard and seen...or it could be that's all I see around me is green with summer here.

This piece SOLD just on Friday morning. And Blogger isn't letting me get back into the post as an edit to make that known so I've got to post it this way..

  3. Dear Laura, I just received this beautiful collage. Originally I intended to give it as a gift but now I like it so much and decided to keep it for myself.
As I mentioned before it is pitty that I don't leave closer to USA, I would be regular student of yours. Well, all I can do is to follow and admire your work from far away.
    Thank you for fast shipping.

    All the best,

  4. Svetlana,
