Like I need one more thing to do?

I question it too, but I'm starting a beginner yoga class today. So more about that soon...need to do something for the inner parts of my being....I had tried Tai Chi but the body is a morning person so best stick with the natural flow of things.. Busting a move to slow down...and breath.
