September and October Section

 It is September 1st and time to change my little card section for my creative vision board.  How grand it is to see this message to Let Shit Go....I'm a big shit grabber, bag stuffer of shit and hauler of it all.   Did I just say that?  Fessing up, admitting my problem, becomes half the of the problem right? 

I had placed a lot of sage, smudging elements here...all good for helping continue the good energy.  This is a practice I've been doing more of in the past few years.  I found this video below on YouTube,  sharing it with you now. I learned something wonderful from this video that I didn't know about blowing on the Sage...not the way to do it.
