Look to the East

I've had this piece sitting and incubating on the sidelines, and today was the day that I tackled it.  I had to make the papers first and sew the white section at the top first then get a silhouette made of the Golden Eagle and cut it out...I have the insides of the silhouette that later I can use when called to. It's not done yet but I have a good part of it going and the rest will be smaller and more detailed.  

Part of a series I've been working on all year...My gosh it's December, no wonder there was a urge and push intuitively to get it going. 

I also have a tall buffalo one too, can't find the picture on this computer...darn
