woodpecker problems

I'm so happy to see this approach to the problem then some kind of chemical spray...not that there is a spray to rid downy woodpecker from using you house for a place to store seed, look for tasty bits or create a new home.  

My neighbor likes to use chemicals for other things he wants to get rid of.  Though each day there's new stuff that comes up because he said there still coming...
