Encounter with a bear

I'm sharing my sketch book and some notes today.. I purchased a pary of earings with bears and they move..kind of cool.. the Questions I have there on the right side are from a book about animal spirits...being the bear is about introspective work it's pretty cool that theses came up. An artist date finally..been some time sense I did this for myself. Felt good.
