Aloft in Bolingbrook and exhibiting opportunity

Outside the Hotel aloft, I guess it's been there for about a year but my contact person is new to the job for two months...nice young fella...OMgosh did I just say that...nice young fella...OK lets move on...don't want to stay stuck there on that topic...
I like the graphic look to this and the colors...sigh outside the hotel..
I had not worked my travel time well and had to cancel the first appointment at 12 and moved it to 1 which worked out wonderful and I made it back to my area just about 12:45..so I had time to snap a few pictures of the lobby and get a feel for the place...this is a pit area I will call it..but I'm sure there is a better term for it...
 Pool table..
Information coming across the wrap around signage at the top of the one wall and a moving picture thingy...Nature scene...
Court yard and then the pool on the other side...tried to get there but it was locked.
This must be the snack area or fix it yourself kitchen...
Looking out the big kitchen cafe area out to the Bolingbrook fields that are vanishing by the big buildings like this.. and there's the new vehicle parked...
The lobby central desk all concrete...
Again the pit area and the fire place which is see throw...kind of cool...
 Looking down into the pit.
and this is the hanging wall,  I will be sharing this with Andy York..   We are both Artists listed on the Naperville Art League website and have a few of our pictures and information on there too. So Paul  Carpenter my contact/manager of the Hotel said they saw our work on the site and thought it would be good together..being Andy has more black and white and I have the color...It's a small spot but a place that you just never know what can happen...it's hang at your own risk and no commission so with the way the economy is I'm taking more of a risk I know doing this but it's better then sitting in the back storage room all wrapped in bubble wrap..  This is an opportunity that comes by now and then and leads to different things later...I guess the aloft hotels exhibit art work of local artists all over the place that they are...so if there's one by you check it out for exhibiting opportunities...I guess too there will be a mid point reception when we can bring extra work and have our family friends and local community come and see the work...kind of wild too as the drapes are made of small chain mail and you can hang work on that during this time...not your average way but got to keep up on things and stay open to change and opportunities I figure...

Off to tend to myself, dogs and studio...then hang the work tonight around 5:30...
